We typically come in after completion because what happens is the house is generally not finished before completion so we are unable to complete a comprehensive survey until completion. This also allows us to be able to remove panels and inspect more thoroughly after the Home belongs to you.

After inspection you receive a comprehensive report on your new home of any fault which may of been found which you can follow up with your developer on for rectifying. Snags will be photographed and described for ease of rectification.

We cover from the drive way to the roof everything is thoroughly inspected, loft space, behind access panels everything we can inspect will be.
